Privacy & your questions
Your questions and limited conversation context are processed by Google Cloud AI to provide an answer. Do not include sensitive personal information. We store a hashed network identifier with monthly request counts to limit abuse and costs. We do not need an account to answer a question. Relevant product topics may automatically become public buying guides. The publication queue uses product information and generalized buying intent, not your private conversation. Partner websites have their own privacy and tracking policies. Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics cookies. It measures page views, engagement, traffic sources, guide reading, advisor usage events, partner-link clicks and confirmed credit-pack purchases. We do not send question or answer text, email addresses, passwords or payment-card information to Analytics. Page URLs exclude query strings, and referring websites are reduced to their domain; valid campaign labels may be used for attribution. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. You can withdraw permission using Cookie settings in the footer. Browser Global Privacy Control is respected. Visitors who decline are not included in these Analytics reports. Google Search Console separately provides aggregate Google Search visibility statistics.
Accounts and payments
Email accounts use Google Identity Platform for passwords, email verification and password recovery. We store your email address, account identifier, session records, credit balances and purchase records in Google Cloud. Essential secure cookies keep email accounts signed in for up to 14 days. Existing username accounts retain salted password hashes and hashed recovery codes until they are linked to verified email; their sessions last up to 30 days. Linking preserves the existing balance and disables the old username password and recovery code. You can sign out at any time.
PayPal processes payment details. We retain order and capture identifiers, payment status and credit records to provide your purchase and handle payment issues. We do not receive your PayPal password or full card details.
